Avdhi Lad

Avdhi Lad, Milton physiotherapist and acupuncture provider, started her education at the University of Toronto. She completed her undergraduate degree with an Honors Bachelor of Science in Human Biology: Health and Disease. Avhdi has always been passionate about health and chose to further her education and set a goal to become a physical therapist. In 2020, she accomplished her goal and graduated from the University of Brighton, United Kingdom, achieving a Master of Physiotherapy.
Since then, Avdhi has spent her time practicing in both a busy private physiotherapy clinic and as a surgical physiotherapist at Humber River Hospital. Avdhi’s constant journey to pursue the best possible evidence-based care for her patients drives her to continue her education in acupuncture, rehabilitation exercises, and manual therapy. Avdhi has a special interest in a active aging with grace.
Avdhi’s treatment plans provide patients with the knowledge, tools and guidance needed to be able to tackle life’s challenges and return you to all the things that you love. She strives to guide and empower you to feel stronger and more confident and achieve your unique health goals.

She uses an approach that includes hands-on patient-centered care along with active physiotherapy techniques.
